Seeds of character: 52 lessons for growing faith, joy and strong hearts

The vision behind this work has been shaped through many years of pastoral ministry, teaching, mentoring, and community engagement across different countries and cultural settings. Throughout these experiences, the author has witnessed both the universal challenges facing young people and the remarkable transformation that can occur when sound values are intentionally taught and practised. Regardless of culture, language, or background, children and young adults flourish when they are playfully taught with love, guided by wisdom, and encouraged to develop strong moral foundations.
One of the greatest responsibilities entrusted to parents, carers, teachers, youth leaders, and faith communities is bring up children and young adults into people of strong character. In a rapidly changing world filled with opportunities, distractions and uncertainties, our young people need more than academic success or technical skills. They need strong hearts, sound values, wise judgement, resilience, compassion, self-discipline and a firm moral foundation that will guide them throughout their lives.
