Abstract

In view of the complicated information in maintenance and management of workshop equipment and the high professional difficulty of maintenance personnel, this paper applies augmented reality technology to the operation monitoring and maintenance of the equipment. With Thingworx Studio as the upper AR development platform, the KEPServerEX connection is used to obtain real-time data from the device. Through the integration of equipment operation data, equipment operation guidance and other information, the augmented reality monitoring and maintenance system of the equipment could be built. Combined with operating parameters, equipment health status is diagnosed. We could display information to the worker in the context of integration of virtual and real environment, and guide the maintenance work, then realize the visual management of the equipment on the production site.
