Abstract

Amazon is the largest e-commerce platform founded in the year of 1994. Although it started as a book-selling company, it soon started selling other products. This study aims to determine the impact of strategic management information on Amazon and how Amazon uses their strategic management to improve customer experience. It can be seen that Amazon operates in a highly competitive market. Hence, strategic information can be helpful for the business to understand the needs of the customer and develop marketing strategies to help the company get a competitive edge. It can help to understand the interest of their stakeholders and their connection to the business for a long time.
