Abstract
This report will highlight a problem in regard to supplier management’s decision making, and how this decision can affect their organisation and their supply chains. Therefore, underlining that there are necessary steps and theories which need to be taken into consideration when making important decisions, and how specific models can be applied to assist these decisions. Decision-making is a daily procedure carried out by management because they are making decisions daily regarding many aspects in their departments, people are said to make decisions after the reflection they regard as wrong. Although there are strategic models which can be used to help aid these decisions, they can also be used for solutions as not every decision made is successful or know to follow these models for guidance.
