Abstract
Based on the establishment of mathematical model of spatial cylindrical error evaluation, this article solves the objective function of the minimum cylindrical error area by beetle antennae search algorithm. At the same time, the problem of the beetle antennae search algorithm is not high, and it is easy to fall into the local optimal solution. The variable step beetle antennae algorithm is designed to improve the calculation accuracy. According to the actual data collected by three coordinate machine, the calculation results of this algorithm are compared with those of other methods, and the feasibility and superiority of this algorithm are verified.
