It considers the issues that either hinder or promote engagement with young peoples and the way that is affected by some groups in context and practice. It explores the proposition of a new paradigm shift in the human development approach in engagement that identifies and reveals that political literacy and party expectation among politicians are less concerning Nigeria youth and that some small numbers unite with political gatherings, organizations, and other official political associations.
