Abstract
EDI (Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion) Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI) presents ongoing challenges in Higher Education. EDI is a framework aimed at ensuring equal opportunities and fair treatment for all, while recognizing and valuing diverse backgrounds and experiences. There is a growing need for inclusive approaches in teaching and presentation strategies. The current EDI movement has significantly influenced various sectors, including Higher Education Institutions (HEIs), particularly in pedagogic research. This paper explores the impact of EDI on higher education and discusses its potential through a focused case study.
