Description
The CTOP intervention engages with young people, parents, career-switchers, and underrepresented groups to improve knowledge, perceptions, status, and the number of people choosing courses and careers in health and social care.

•To encourage and assist under-represented communities across BLMK to enter courses and careers in health and social care.
•To fulfil the needs of the present and future health and social care staff, which will reflect the diversity of the population it serves. In BLMK, we must expand our workforce and draw in the best talent.
•To help meet the need for a workforce that is integrated, inclusive, and diverse, reflecting the communities it serves.
•To support the delivery of high-quality integrated health and social care services to the BLMK population
