Sandra gained her HND in Computer Studies from the University of the West of Scotland, in approximately 1994. She worked for Moss Pharmacy plc in several IT roles, culminating in being promoted to the position of Field Service Manager, responsible for 1000 retail outlets across the UK.
Sandra went on to obtain her MSc in Computing and Internet Applications from the University of Bedfordshire. During and after this time she worked for the University from 2006 until late 2008 in various IT capacities.
Sandra continued her career in Technical support by working for an Academy Trust consisting of four sites across Luton and surrounding areas.
Sandra re-joined the University in 2019 and is enjoying her role.
