Abstract

This paper situates this research study by drawing out the impacts of some conferences and various motivations for young people’s engagement, yet there is no known definition or agreement regarding the actual meaning of this in practice. However, the significance of this concept rises from the debate among those shaping and forming the practice and is affected by their epistemological position, particularly whether they adhere to the positivist or interpretative paradigm.
