Abstract
This chapter assesses the advancement of smart tourism, aimed at offering convenient and timely travel services while potentially enhancing the operational efficiency and visitor capacity of tourist destinations. Additionally, this research scrutinizes the factors influencing consumer decision-making and existing challenges within this domain, with the aim of fostering advancement and forecasting potential future developments and trends.
