Abstract
Artificial Intelligence, or AI, has been one of the most important concepts in recent years to have influenced tourism and hospitality (T&H) management. It has created new possibilities and improved workflow in these industries, as well as providing better customer service experiences and creating new opportunities for sustainable strategies.
