As such, the application of the HOQ could be of great relevance to Samsung and smartphone manufacturers alike. The product itself being a smartphone opens up a range of features and characteristics that can easily fit with the application of HOQ. Due to this, the problem of how to design a new smartphone is a viable and realistic theme for this paper.
