Project Details
Description
This project evaluate the effectiveness of the SMART checklist (Chong, 2025). The SMART checklist was developed to provide a practical tool for authors and reviewers to evaluate the quality of a research synthesis study and the evidence presented in a peer-reviewed article. This project aims to gather empirical evidence of how authors and reviewers use SMART and their feedback on SMART (e.g., format, representation of content and effectiveness). Results from the project will help improve the SMART checklist to better equip authors and reviewers in practising and judging the methodological rigour of RS studies.
