Biography
Dr Abed Ahmed earned his BEng (Hons) in Mechanical Engineering from Anglia Ruskin University in 2015 and completed his PhD in Mechanical Engineering from Anglia Ruskin University in 2022.
His doctoral research focused on developing impact-resilient composites for oil and gas and aerospace applications, utilising high-speed imaging, finite element analysis (FEA), and ultrasonic detection techniques to enhance material performance under dynamic loading.
